THE TRADE CONNECTION * PORTUGUESE TURKISH NETWORK has, as main goal , the intention of giving expression to the Economic & Cultural Trade between our two nations. We give to the concept of Cultural Diplomacy, the specific use of the cultural relationship for the achievement of nature objectives.
The Cultural relationship allows the establishment of an atmosphere conducive to understanding, facilitating, by indirect means, to achieve business objectives, economic and cultural, that its members are proposed. Cultural diplomacy is an instrument approaching important among peoples, contributing to unlock markets for the cultural industry and the establishment of cultural and linguistic ties.

We want to be a strategic partner in achieving common objectives between our 2 countries, fostering international trade relations. It’s impossible to understand the relationship of our 2 countries without facing the economic factors that influence international politic.
The Trade Connection intend to add to this factors the Culture Diplomacy factor to give sustainability to all the process. Portugal was throughout his long history always from the size of his dreams and never the small size of his physical frontiers.
Tourism, interchange of cultures, international trade, confraternization: with the aim of preparing the fruitful dialogue between our 2 nations. The path is made by walking and therefore our first step will be planning in the shortest time possible, a Business and Cultural mission to Turkey and carry out 2 dinners an Institutional and other Social because we believe that the best way to do business in Turkey is to know the people. Our directors and executive committee members will be encouraged to go at least one time per year to Turkey and so, ladies and gentlemen, be prepared for the traditional Turkish hospitality: to drink tea, a lot of Tea!
